Welcome to the future, welcome to the Horizon 2012. The Annual Technical Festival of Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, Horizon is being conducted for the last 7 years.

The State- level festival has scaled great heights and dimensions ever since the college was born on August 2000 of philanthropic visions of a group of Durgapur based entrepreneurs dedicated to the memory of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, the architect of modern West Bengal. An AICTE approved institution, BCREC is the only institute in West Bengal selected for the INDO-US Universities EDUSAT program.
